1. Order Modifications

3. Order Exchange/Returns

Product exchange and returns are possible on a case by case basis. Any returns will need to adhere by our return policy.

By placing an order with Open Water, you are responsible for bearing the cost of return shipping.

1. Parfum Application: how do I apply this perfume?

On the wrists, nape of neck, behind the ears, behind the knees, and on the inside of elbows.

The best spots for your perfume are on your pulse points, where your body generates heat. This allows the perfume to melt into your skin, and in turn, project the scent throughout the day.

2. Parfum Longevity: how long do Open Water perfumes last?

All Open Water perfumes are Extrait De Parfums, which are made with highly concentrated perfume oils with a fragrance concentration of 30% to 40%.

To further increase perfume longevity, do not pat or rub your perfume during application, as it may burn the top notes of your perfume.

3. Parfum Sizes: what sizes of perfumes are available for purchase on Open Water?

At the moment, Open Water only offers 100ml bottles of perfumes for purchase. However, we are in the midst of procuring additional size options to meet the needs of our clientele.

4. Parfum Selection: I can’t find an inspired perfume on your website?

We are always working on adding more perfumes to diversify our collection. If you do not see a perfume on our website that you like us to create, please feel free to contact us to send in requests. The more requests, the more likely we will create them.
